Swing arm chopper cobra seat Black Leather Front to Back Pleates for Panhead and Shovelhead frames

Check out this leather 2-Up Cobra Seat! It’s designed to fit snugly on original Harley Panhead and Shovelhead frames. The top grain leather is super soft and covers the new steel seat pan top and bottom. It has a protective welt that covers the sharp edge of the metal.  It’s hand-crafted here in the USA by Rich Phillips. Seat does require mounting holes to be added to attach seat to frame and fender.
